Detailed ceremony line up to include pre processional, processional and recessional.

 Back up location, music and sound are finalized.

 

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

 Coordinator to  professionally execute, manage timelines, troubleshoot + load out.

 

ACT AS COMMAND CENTRAL FOR THE ENTIRE DAY 

Ensure vendors have arrived on time, are properly set up + everything is ready to go.

SET UP

 Set up of décor items including favors, escort cards, menus, guest book, etc.
