Hey everyone, it's Caroline Parsons! I'm a wedding assistant and the social media marketing manager for Eventfully Yours. Before joining the team, I was a bride planning my own wedding. I loved every second of it, but I didn't want to burden any of my family or friends with the stress of taking care of all the day-of wedding stuff. That's when I met Angie, and I truly discovered what goes on behind the scenes of a wedding day and all the little parts that come along with it. For the brides who love planning their wedding but want someone to take care of the day-of, this service is for you.

The Perfect Level of Assistance

We're thrilled to introduce our new service, Wedding Day Assistant, designed for couples who have meticulously planned their wedding and need a professional to execute their vision on the big day. There is no better way to relieve stress and have someone in your corner to manage all the details you've worked so hard to plan. This service is available for selected venues only, one being Wildflower Estate in Mardela Springs, Maryland.


Step 1: Preparation

  • Online Questionnaire: Six weeks prior to your wedding date, you'll complete an online questionnaire to provide us with all the necessary details.

  • Scheduled Call: We will wrap up your plans 30 days before your wedding day with a scheduled call with your assistant to finalize everything.

  • Communicate Timeline: We'll ensure your wedding team is on the same page by communicating the timeline effectively.

  • Finalize Floor Plan: We'll coordinate with your venue to finalize the floor plan, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Step 2: Rehearsal

  • 1 Hour Rehearsal: We'll provide a one-hour rehearsal, with available times provided by the venue.

  • Walk Through: We will walk through the ceremony with your officiant to ensure everyone knows their roles.

  • Processionals: We'll review the pre-processional, processional, and recessional to make sure everything flows smoothly.

  • Review Logistics: We'll discuss start times and meeting locations for the bridal party, ensuring everyone is ready for the big day.

Step 3: Wedding Day

  • 10 Hours of Coverage: On your wedding day, you'll have 10 hours of coverage from your assistant.

  • Vendor Coordination: We'll oversee vendors and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Manage Timeline: We'll manage the timeline, ensuring everything runs on schedule.

  • Guest Management: We’ll greet and escort guests to the ceremony, cocktail party, and reception locations.

  • Décor Setup: We'll set up escort seating, favors, guest book, signage, and miscellaneous décor items, making sure everything is perfect.

Booking Information

This service can be booked within nine months of your event date and is perfect for weddings with less than 100 guests. All DIY items must be pre-arranged, organized, labeled, and ready to set.
